Secondly, we’ve refined the milky-white plastic used in the caps to improve light transmittance and glossiness, resulting in a brighter, more vibrant appearance when illuminated. Additionally, we’ve taken a step toward environmental sustainability by incorporating Post-Consumer Recycled materials into the cap design.
3. Gold-Plated Pins for Superior Durability
Another key upgrade in the TL16 series is the switch to gold-plated pins. While many competing products, including C&K’s R6, use nickel or silver-plated pins, we’ve invested in the more costly gold-plating process. This significantly improves the lifespan, as well as the upper and lower operating temperature limits of the switch, making the TL16 a more reliable and long-lasting solution compared to other alternatives on the market.
